Annual Wellness Visit for
Metabolic & Functional Fitness

VO2 Max Testing at Integrity Health & Wellness

A data-driven evaluation of how your body truly performs

The Annual Wellness visit and Functional Fitness Assessment at Integrity Health & Wellness is a comprehensive, in-person evaluation designed to measure how your cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal systems function together in real life.

This assessment gives us objective insight into your fitness, recovery capacity, and overall health — allowing us to create a personalized, results-driven treatment plan.

It All Starts With Fasting Labs

Every care plan at Integrity Health & Wellness begins with fasting laboratory testing. These labs give us a clear, objective look at your metabolic health, inflammation, hormones, and cardiovascular risk before symptoms appear. By starting with data, we can identify root causes, establish accurate baselines, and tailor your Functional Fitness Assessment and treatment plan with precision. This ensures we’re not guessing — we’re measuring, tracking, and optimizing your health from the very beginning.
