Integrity Health & Wellness was founded with a clear mission: to provide truly patient-centered, holistic healthcare that goes beyond symptom management to address the root causes of illness and support whole-person wellness. Located in New Orleans, the clinic embraces a functional medicine approach combined with compassionate, affirming care—especially for the LGBTQ+ community and others who have historically faced barriers to respectful, stigma-free treatment.

Dr. Jake Rickoll, the founder and lead practitioner, started Integrity Health & Wellness out of a deep commitment to transform how healthcare is delivered. With years of experience as a certified adult-geriatric nurse practitioner and HIV specialist, Jake saw firsthand the gaps in traditional medical care—particularly a lack of personalized attention and holistic approaches that consider mental, physical, and social well-being together.

Driven by his passion for health, fitness, and community, and inspired by his own journey toward balanced wellness, Jake envisioned a practice where patients are empowered partners in their care. Integrity Health & Wellness is built on principles of trust, transparency, and inclusivity—creating a safe space where everyone can pursue optimal health on their own terms.
