  • Direct Primary Care

    All primary care patients must complete an in-person Wellness Visit with fasting labs once every calendar year. Self-pay patients pay $100 charge at the time of the visit, which includes exam, appropriate referrals/orders for specialists/imaging, and 1-year supply of prescriptions. Additional costs apply for patients requiring more frequent visits and/or need controlled substances.

  • Specialty Medications/Supplements

    NAD+, hormones, clomiphene, HCG, peptides, and various other specialty medications can be obtained from Empower Compounding Pharmacy in 3 month increments. Clinic also sells a variety of supplements (e.g. AG1, Momentous, Pure Encapsulations, Thorne). Please contact clinic in advance in order to confirm that your requested item is in stock.

  • VO2 Max Test | $150

    Includes a graded exercise test on Concept 2 bike with PNOE technology for real-time monitoring of oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange, followed by a personalized fitness and nutrition plan based on your results. Contact clinic to ask if your insurance will pay for VO2 Max test.

  • Fitness Consultation | $100

    With Performance Optimization Officer, Jason Schayot, your fitness consultation will include a general assessment of your fitness and performance level along with recommendations for improvement. Contact clinic to ask if your insurance will pay for consultation.

  • Semaglutide | $250 per

    Price includes shipping to home or clinic (only available to Louisiana addresses) along with injection supplies. 2.5 mL vial containing 12.5 mg.

  • Tirzepatide | $525 per

    Price includes shipping to home or clinic (only available to Louisiana addresses) along with injection supplies. 4 mL vial containing 68 mg.
